a) No Return and No Refund Policy

All purchases made through our Website are final. Products sold are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once an order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully processed. Vivital Pharma shall not be obligated to accept returns, cancellations, or provide refunds except where required by applicable law.

b) Exchange Policy for Defective Products Only

We will only consider exchanges for products that are defective, damaged, or faulty upon receipt.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Notification must be submitted within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must remain unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect must be provided.
  • Prior approval must be obtained from our Customer Service team before returning the product.

c) Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections on packaging that do not affect product quality, efficacy, or functionality
  • Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or mishandling
